The Oracle Group is our Headline Sponsor at The NSG National Conference 2026
Updated: Aug 21
We are delighted to announce, this October, our NSG National Conference will feature The Oracle Group as the headline sponsor. The Oracle Group will also be leading a key session titled "How to Maximise Creator Marketing in 2027", offering valuable insights into the future of this dynamic field.

The Oracle Group In Their Own Words
"The Oracle Group is a property-focused communications agency, delivering bespoke strategies and campaigns that respond to the way audiences research, consider and take action today. Founded by Caroline Coskry in 2011, we work across every stage of the property development lifecycle, partnering with organisations across the sector to connect with buyers, residents, stakeholders and industry audiences.
On sponsoring the conference this year, Caroline said:
“Supporting the NSG National Conference as headline sponsor feels like a natural fit. Shared ownership is such an important part of the housing market, and the conference brings together the people who are actively shaping how the sector communicates, sells and connects with customers.
At The Oracle Group and Influenced, we’re passionate about helping property brands communicate in ways that feel relevant, authentic and rooted in how audiences behave today. Creator marketing is becoming an increasingly important part of that mix, so we’re excited to bring that conversation to the conference, share some fresh thinking and, most importantly, give delegates practical ideas they can take back into their own organisations.”
Bringing together expertise across PR, communications strategy, events, social and content, we become an extension of our clients’ marketing teams, combining deep property expertise, audience insight and creative thinking to deliver communications that make an impact. Influenced is our creator-led social media agency for property, home and lifestyle brands.
Rooted in property and built around authenticity, Influenced helps brands show up meaningfully on social – from day-to-day social media management and content creation to creator partnerships and User Generated Content (UGC).
Combining deep industry expertise, cultural awareness and commercial thinking, Influenced creates social strategies and content that feel fresh, relevant and genuinely engaging. The result is more than visibility: brands connect with the right audiences and drive real growth. Together, The Oracle Group and Influenced offer clients a complete communications and social proposition, from strategic storytelling and PR to creator-led content and social engagement."
Why Creator Marketing Matters More Than Ever
UGC has become much more than a social media tactic. It’s a powerful part of the PR mix, creating advocacy, building trust and providing valuable audience insight. This is particularly important in the property sector, where trust and credibility are crucial to influencing such a significant decision. UGC can generate measurable results, be highly targeted and, ultimately, help people picture themselves living there. It can also drive engagement, generate leads and create that all-important journey from awareness through to consideration.
The Oracle Group's session will explore how housing associations and local authorities can use creator marketing effectively. This approach is not about flashy ads, but about storytelling that resonates with real people. In this way, creator marketing can become a meaningful part of how property brands build credibility, connect with audiences and influence decisions.
Meet The Experts Leading The Conversation
The session will feature a fireside-style conversation with two industry leaders:
Henry is the creator behind That Corporate Lawyer. With a background as a corporate lawyer, he understands the challenges of regulated industries. Henry creates content focused on workplace culture, leadership, and professional life, making him an expert in authentic storytelling. His experience includes a TEDx talk, appearances on BBC World News, and speaking engagements at Oxford and Cambridge universities. Henry brings both a creator’s and a commercial perspective to the discussion.
Scott is the Director-General at the Influencer Marketing Trade Body (IMTB), the professional voice of creator marketing, which recently welcomed Influenced as a member. He works closely with brands, agencies, and creators, offering a broad view of where creator marketing is heading. Scott will share insights on industry best practices and what businesses should prepare for in the coming years.
Why You Should Attend The NSG National Conference In 2026
The conference brings together the people shaping the future of shared ownership and affordable home ownership for a day of practical insight, fresh thinking and valuable connections. Hear directly from senior housing leaders, lenders, for-profit providers, marketers, data specialists and innovators as they tackle the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the sector – from customer experience, funding and changing buyer behaviours to AI, data and new models of delivery.
With a mix of high-level panels, focused breakout sessions and plenty of opportunities to network with peers from across the industry, it’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, learn what others are doing differently and leave with ideas you can put into practice.
The Oracle Group's session at our NSG National Conference offers a unique opportunity to learn from experts who know the industry inside out. Attendees will leave with clear strategies to build trust, engage authentically, and maximise the impact of their creator marketing efforts. Make sure to join us this October and secure your place. A huge thank you to The Oracle Group for their sponsorship and we look forward to welcoming delegates to the conference.
Create Better Content With The Phone In Your Pocket
Alongside The Oracle Group's session on the future of creator marketing, Cast Can will be partnering with renowned content specialists Jet Black Square to deliver a practical session focused on helping delegates create better video content using something they already have with them every day – their smartphone.
The session, “5 Tips For Understanding Smartphone Videography,” will cut through the complexity of content creation and explore the fundamentals that can make an immediate difference to the quality of your videos. From understanding camera settings, formats, resolution and frame rates to composition, movement, lighting, sound and editing, the session is designed to give delegates practical skills they can take away and use straight away.
Delegates will learn why great content starts before you press record – working backwards from the end result, building a shot list and understanding how different lenses and compositions can help tell a stronger story. The session will also look at how to film people more effectively, when additional equipment such as microphones, lighting, tripods and gimbals can add production value, and why editing is often the key to getting more from every shoot.
Importantly, it will show how one filming session can be used to create long, mid and short-form content, giving marketing teams more ways to maximise their time, budgets and content output across different channels. Whether you regularly create social content or simply want to feel more confident picking up your phone and pressing record, this will be a highly practical session packed with techniques you can put into action immediately.
