For properties purchased without grant funding, which are not S106 properties but purchased off the shelf from developers, do we need to offer the new model lease or can the old model lease be used?
If the Sign-Off form is completed at the DIP stage and the figures go on to change following the formal mortgage application, do HE expect the sign-off form to be re-issued to reflect the final figures.
It would be helpful if we could talk through the reasoning again behind the request for the Indicative Maximum Mortgage and Monthly Payment Amounts on the Mortgage Buyers Sign-Off form.
