NSG Housing Lab Manchester

Join us for the NSG Housing Lab – Manchester! In partnership with the NLG our Housing Lab will return to Manchester on 12th June. This will be an opportunity for members to attend a FREE event where they can; hear from industry experts, share knowledge, discuss relevant sector topics. There’ll also be a chance to undertake a little training and networking too. The agenda for the day will cover;

• Leasehold reform
• The political climate
• The new affordability guidance
• Understanding the lease
• Post sales transactions including transfer of equity and lease extensions
